# Performance

> Track delivery, engagement, and campaign results.

Once your campaign has been sent, the Performance view gives you a real-time picture of how it's doing — from delivery rates through to clicks and unsubscribes.

## AI Insights

The **AI Insights** panel (coming soon) will automatically summarize campaign performance, surface anomalies, and provide recommendations — so you don't have to dig through the numbers manually.

## Performance Metrics

The Performance section shows five key metrics at a glance:

| Metric           | Description                                                                     |
| ---------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Delivered**    | Emails successfully accepted by the recipient's mail server, with delivery rate |
| **Opens**        | Number of recipients who opened the email, with open rate                       |
| **Clicks**       | Number of recipients who clicked a link, with click rate                        |
| **Bounced**      | Emails that could not be delivered, with bounce rate                            |
| **Unsubscribed** | Recipients who opted out, with unsubscribe rate                                 |

  A high unsubscribe rate (above 0.5%) may indicate that the campaign content or audience targeting needs refinement.

## Performance Funnel

The **Performance funnel** visualizes how contacts move through the campaign lifecycle:

**Audience → Sent → Delivered → Opened → Clicked**

Each stage shows the count and percentage relative to the total audience, so you can immediately spot where drop-off is happening.

## Campaign Statuses

| Status        | Meaning                                    |
| ------------- | ------------------------------------------ |
| **Draft**     | Campaign is being configured, not yet sent |
| **Scheduled** | Campaign is queued for a future send time  |
| **Sending**   | Campaign is actively being delivered       |
| **Sent**      | All emails have been dispatched            |
