Comify’s Email Campaigns feature lets you send one-time or scheduled bulk emails to a defined segment of your audience — without writing any code. Whether it’s a product announcement, a promotional offer, or a re-engagement push, campaigns give your team a simple, structured way to reach users at scale.

How It Works

Creating a campaign in Comify follows a four-step flow:

Audience

Define who receives the campaign. Filter your contacts by attributes, tags, or segments to reach the right people.

Content

Choose an email template, map dynamic variables, send a test email, and configure UTM tracking parameters.

Scheduling

Decide when the campaign sends — immediately or at a scheduled date and time.
4

Performance

Track delivery, open rates, click-through rates, and other key metrics after the campaign goes out.

Before You Start

Make sure you have:
  • An email provider configured in your Comify dashboard (e.g. SendGrid, Brevo, SMTP). See Email Providers for setup instructions.
  • At least one email template created and ready to use.
  • A contact list with valid email addresses to target.
Once these are in place, you’re ready to create your first campaign.
