The Scheduling step lets you decide when your campaign is delivered — send it immediately, schedule it for a specific time, or (coming soon) let Comify pick the best time for each recipient. Scheduling options

Send Options

Send now

Delivers to the whole audience immediately after you confirm.

Schedule for later

Pick a fixed date and time to send. Ideal for planned promotions or off-hours sends.

Send at best time

Coming soon — Comify will send to each recipient at their most-engaged hour, based on their profile.

Scheduling for a Specific Time

Select Schedule for later to reveal the date and time pickers. Schedule for later
  1. Set a Send date
  2. Set a Send time
  3. Confirm the Time zone — defaults to your account timezone (e.g. Asia/Kolkata IST)
Scheduled sends must be at least 5 minutes in the future.
Once everything is set, click Schedule to queue the campaign. You’ll be returned to the campaign list where the status will show as Scheduled.

Sending Immediately

Select Send now and click Send now to dispatch to your entire audience right away. Use this for time-sensitive announcements.
