Once your campaign has been sent, the Performance view gives you a real-time picture of how it’s doing — from delivery rates through to clicks and unsubscribes. Campaign performance

AI Insights

The AI Insights panel (coming soon) will automatically summarize campaign performance, surface anomalies, and provide recommendations — so you don’t have to dig through the numbers manually.

Performance Metrics

The Performance section shows five key metrics at a glance:
MetricDescription
DeliveredEmails successfully accepted by the recipient’s mail server, with delivery rate
OpensNumber of recipients who opened the email, with open rate
ClicksNumber of recipients who clicked a link, with click rate
BouncedEmails that could not be delivered, with bounce rate
UnsubscribedRecipients who opted out, with unsubscribe rate
A high unsubscribe rate (above 0.5%) may indicate that the campaign content or audience targeting needs refinement.

Performance Funnel

The Performance funnel visualizes how contacts move through the campaign lifecycle: Audience → Sent → Delivered → Opened → Clicked Each stage shows the count and percentage relative to the total audience, so you can immediately spot where drop-off is happening.
